W. S. Newell & Sons, Inc. was the site contractor for many of the largest subdivisions in Montgomery, AL including Deer Creek, Wynlakes, Towne Lake, Mytlene Forrest, Greystone, Sturbridge and New Park.
Deer Creek has over 1300 home sites and is developed over more than 800 acres. Wynlakes and Towne lake have more than 1500 lots and feature many recreational ponds.
